This villa was only built in April 2007, is a large two story 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury villa. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a private screened pool/spa and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the formal living room and dining room, which has been furnished to a very high standard, as are all the rooms in our villa. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arise. From there you enter the family room, which is open plan with ample living space. The open plan area consists of living room with 46" flat screen LCD-TV and access to over 70 channels plus a DVD player. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and further dining facilities. The kitchen breakfast and snack bar are fully equipped and include a large Fridge/Freezer with icemaker, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a utility room just off the family room that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer plus Iron and Ironing board.

The Master Bedroom has a super king sized bed with it's own en-suite bathroom. Every single bedroom in our villa has a flat screen LCD-TV with cable access to over 70 channels and DVD players. The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people in comfort with an option for a further two guests in the family room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. The 4th and 5th bedroom have twin beds and all bedrooms have access to a bathroom.

One of the unique features that our villa offers is a second story loft area. Just like all our other rooms the loft area is large and spacious and has a desk where you can take advantage of our free high-speed internet access so bring your laptop or just simply relax on the chaise lounge and read a book in peace.
Another unique feature is our games room which has a pool table, football table, air hockey table, table tennis and a Playstation 2 games console. So after a splash in the pool you and your family can all join in some family fun.

The private pool at the rear of our villa has a separate spa/Jacuzzi from the main swimming area as well as optional electric pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool.
