Our beautiful luxurious villa is located in Highgate Park, Davenport, Highgate Park is
away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, but still only 15 minutes drive to the gates of Disney..

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to make it your home from home. Everything to fully prepare and cook your own meals. A large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, utensils, cups and glasses to cater for 12 people, plastic plates and cups which are to be used on the patio. Numerous pans, steamer, baking implements, electric kettle, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, George Foreman grill, blender and sandwich maker. There is also a breakfast bar with stools.
Dining
As well as an informal dining table seating 6 people there is also a more formal dining table, also seating 6 people. These are well suited for your family meals whther they are homecooked or something you choose to bring home with you from one of the many nearby restaurants.

This luxuriously furnished, en-suite bedroom is situated upstairs in the home. It has a King-size bed with high quality plush mattress, Large mirrored dresser, Large 32” LCD flatscreen TV with digital cable, DVD player and clock radio, Ceiling fan, Private balcony overlooking the pool area. The Ensuite has a large shower compartment, bath, 2 separate sinks, WC, 2 walk in wardrobes with hangers, spare sheets and baby equipment.

The elegant Queen Bedroom is situated on the upstairs floor of the villa and has a queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress. It has a Matching mirrored dresser, Wardrobe with hangers and spare sheets, LCD flatscreen TV with digital cable, DVD player and clock radio and Ceiling fan.
The second Queen bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is superbly furnished. This fun bedroom is themed with Mickey and friends and is situated on the upstairs floor of the villa, and very popular with the kids.There are 2 Luxury solid wood twin beds, matching mirrored dresser, LCD flatscreen TV with digital cable, DVD player and clock radio, wardrobe with hangers and spare sheets (waterproof mattress protector-if required)
The second twin bedroom is on the groundfloor and is themed with Sponge bob and his pals. It has 2 solid wood luxury beds with pillow top mattresses, matching mirrored dresser, wardrobes with hangers and spare sheets, LCD flatscreen TV with digital cable, DVD player and clock radio, ceiling fan and shares bathroom with 2nd Queen bedroom.
