Welcome to villa Langham.
Our luxury villa is located in the prestigious Highgate Park, a gated community set within Legacy Park in Davenport nr Orlando, Florida.
We are 6 miles from Disneyworld with a Publix and Walmart within half a mile. Numerous popular golf courses are just 5 minutes away. Beaches and Kennedy Space Centre are 1-1.5 hours drive.
Our air-conditioned home is not overlooked and has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 -this is with 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 twin-bedded rooms, a further 2 can sleep in a sofa bed in the Living Room. We have a 30 x 15ft long private swimming pool with tennis courts and a childrens play area for guest use within the community. For your personal use we have free wireless broadband access, free local phone calls within the US & Canada and a games room. Our villa is fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay in the Florida sunshine.

About Our Villa
Our luxury villa is in the lovely gated community of Highgate Park. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Master Suite, 2 further doubles and 2 twin-bedded rooms. The villa sleeps up to 12 and easily accommodates 2 families or couples holidaying together.
POOL: Our own private swimming pool is not overlooked and is 30x15ft with childrens pool safety fence and additional locks on all doors leading to the pool area. The pool is mesh covered to protect you from the insects but allow you to catch the sun on our large extended patio area with pool furniture and sun loungers. There is a large shaded lanai for you or your children to escape out of the sun when needed. Guests also have access to the free tennis courts within Highgate Park located minutes from the villa, tennis rackets are provided for your enjoyment.

FORMAL LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM: To the front of the villa with 2 large comfortable sofas, one which converts to a double bed for an additional sleeping area. The large dining table has 6 chairs.
KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK: Large fully equipped kitchen with American size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, double oven with hob, integrated microwave and trash disposal. Wireless digital telephone. There is a breakfast table and 4 chairs and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools for additional seating as well as a small table and 4 chairs for our smaller guests.
UTILITY ROOM & DOWNSTAIRS W.C : Utility room with large American washer and dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. A highchair, cot and stroller are provided for use of our guests at the villa.
FAMILY ROOM: With large vaulted ceiling and galleried landing. The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in most rooms. There are two large sofas with 28 inch television accessing 256 cable TV channels, DVD player with some DVDs provided and a CD player.
MASTER SUITE: Upstairs with large King Size bed. TV with 256 cable channels. Alarm clock with Ipod/Iphone charger. Ensuite bathroom with his and hers vanity sinks and theatre style lighting, large walk-in wardrobe with iron and ironing board. Separate WC, large garden tub and large walk-in shower.
