Welcome to our beautiful Vacation Villa in Orlando Florida -5 bedrooms - 4.5 bathrooms home - built in April 2006.
The family room is spacious and has an open plan feel, thanks to its double height cathedral ceiling. The patio doors lead to the Lanai and swimming pool. The family room has carefully chosen upgraded, luxurious furniture. There are two leather sofas, with matching side table/coffee table. To finish off the room there is a
matching entertainment centre which holds the 42 inch plasma hd tv,dvd with divx player with films for Adults/children. Playstation 2 with games.

THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is just off the family room and has a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink.
There is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, located in the garage, which is separated from the games room. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience and an additional half bathroom for general use is situated downstairs.
THE DINING ROOM: The dining room is accessed through the archway from the kitchen,which has a glass table and 4 chairs. Located just beyond the dining area is a separate living area with 2 leather sofas and matching coffee table and side table. (one of the leather sofas is a double sleeper bed). This living area provides a peaceful, private area in which to relax.

No arguing about whom gets the master bedroom, because there are another two Queen En-suite bedrooms to choose from downstairs.

Now to the good part...... the pool: Everything has been thought off for total enjoyment of the pool. From the extended decking to the massive SOUTH facing 30 x 15ft pool. The pool overlooks fields of orange trees. Or what about relaxing in the hot spa with a glass of wine. Luxury loungers, tables and chairs, for the safety of the children there is a saftey fence, and when the sun gets to hot cool off under the lanai, which has an electric fan to cool you off. There are plenty of pool toys to keep the kids happy. For your added convience there is an outside shower and toilet.
GAMES ROOM: With Pool table, Air Hockey and darts. Cable TV and CD Hifi. Beer/Wine fridge which is very popular.
