Perfect for a family or extended family.
This villa is over 1800 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and with comfort ceiling fans in all rooms. All linens (sheets and towels etc) are provided. A full professional clean is carried out at every changeover.
The large seating areas around pool include a comfortable six seater cast iron table and sprung chairs all under cover, with four moveable deck loungers for sun bathing. The oversize (30 foot) pool is planted around with pygmy palms and equipped with a child safety barrier and an outside pool shower, also some pool toys.
Accommodation details
The Master bedroom has a massive King suite with beautiful dark bedroom furniture, walk in wardrobe, wc, oversized bath and walk-in shower area. Personal Polaroid LCD TV (with cable) and private patio doors to covered lania and pool.
The comfortable and private Queen size bedroom in tasteful brown furnishings with access to own wc, bath and shower over. Personal fitted wardrobes and cable TV.
There are two twin bedded rooms one in blue and the other in green with shared 'Jack and Jill' bathroom including vanity area with separate wc and bath with shower over. Fitted wardrobes and cable TV's are provided in both bedrooms.
A full size tennis court and child's climbing and play area are on site, just a very short and safe walk away. 4 tennis racquets are in the villa. Our driveway provides off-road parking for 2 cars.
There is a light and airy open lounge diner, with large dining table, leather sofa's and Polaroid widescreen LCD cable TV/DVD. Direct access to covered lanai and pool via patio doors.
Fully fitted kitchen with full refrigerator and dishwasher, cooker and microwave etc, tiled breakfast table area, direct access to covered lanai and pool via patio doors. Central laundry area with heavy duty washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of shelving and storage space throughout, to keep rooms clear of clutter.
The integral double garage is entered from the hallway and has a vinyl sealed floor for use as a games room, which includes a 7 foot pool table and rugged 6 foot air hockey table.
